Our Steel Fabrication Services

Aldridge Fabrications (AF) offers a full spectrum of steel fabrication services from our Burntwood and Dilhorne facilities. In the fabrication & welding department, experienced welders create everything from bespoke machine frames to heavy‑duty platforms, working with mild, stainless and high‑tensile steels.

Our profile cutting shop uses CNC plasma and oxy‑fuel equipment to cut complex shapes accurately, reducing waste and ensuring consistent fit‑up.

When components need curves or angles, our rolling & bending specialists shape plate, tube and beam to precise radii, while our machining section drills, taps and finishes fabricated parts to exact tolerances.

To deliver a durable finish, AF’s shot blasting and industrial painting booths remove scale and rust, then apply protective coatings that resist abrasion and corrosion; this combination extends the service life of equipment and structures.

We also operate an aggregate filling line to manufacture counterweights for forklifts, excavators and cranes, blending materials to achieve the density and balance required by OEM specifications. Finally, our bespoke solutions team can design and fabricate custom assemblies, prototype brackets or one‑off structures to solve unique engineering challenges.

Quality And Standards

We understand that customers choose AF because our workmanship is consistent and certified. That’s why we follow internationally recognised ISO standards for steel fabrication. The ISO 9001 quality management system emphasises consistent processes and customer satisfaction by requiring careful monitoring and documentation from raw materials through final delivery.

Similarly, ISO 3834 sets out welding requirements and confirms that welders are qualified and that procedures are properly controlled.

Adhering to these standards ensures that every component we deliver meets engineering specifications, offers material traceability and has uniform weld quality.

By investing in quality systems and regular audits, AF delivers steel fabrications that are safe, durable and reliable.
