Across our three sites, more than 70 welders, fabricators and technical engineers operate state‑of‑the‑art CNC machinery, plasma cutters, bending presses and paint booths to deliver precise steel fabrication. Many senior tradespeople began as apprentices and have honed their skills here over decades; mentoring programmes continue to foster new talent and ensure knowledge transfer across generations.
